We follow the Norfolk County Council policy for admission to school and all admissions are dealt with directly through the Local Authority (LA) by applying online using the link below:

In the event of over-subscription for places in Magdalen Academy the Governors will give preference to children living nearest the school according to the following criteria:
- Children with a statement of Special Educational Needs naming that school.
- Children who live within the designated area and:
- Have a sibling attending the school at the time of their admission.
- Have a sibling attending the local High school at the time of their admission.
- Have no sibling attending the school or local High school at the time of their admission.
- Children who reside outside the designated area and:
- Have a sibling attending the school at the time of their admission.
- Have a sibling attending the local High school at the time of their admission.
- Have no brother or sister attending the school or local High school at the time of their admission.
